Jubes Mango Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust according to sweetness of mangoes)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mango-flavored jubes or jelly candies, diced into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup mango juice or additional pureed mango (optional, for extra mango flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mango Mixture:
    • In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, sugar, and water.
    • Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.
    • If you prefer a more intense mango flavor, you can add mango juice or extra pureed mango to the mixture.
  2. Prepare the Jubes:
    • Dice the mango-flavored jubes or jelly candies into small pieces. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the Popsicles:
    • Place a few pieces of diced jubes into each popsicle mold. The amount will depend on the size of your molds and your preference for jubes in each popsicle.
    • Pour the blended mango mixture into the popsicle molds, filling each mold almost to the top.
  4. Freeze:
    • Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
    • Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. Serve:
    • Once frozen solid, remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Mango Jubes Popsicles!
