Ingredients:
- 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup mango-flavored jubes or jelly candies, diced into small pieces
- 1/2 cup mango juice or additional pureed mango (optional, for extra mango flavor)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Mango Mixture:
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, sugar, and water.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.
- If you prefer a more intense mango flavor, you can add mango juice or extra pureed mango to the mixture.
- Prepare the Jubes:
- Dice the mango-flavored jubes or jelly candies into small pieces. Set aside.
- Assemble the Popsicles:
- Place a few pieces of diced jubes into each popsicle mold. The amount will depend on the size of your molds and your preference for jubes in each popsicle.
- Pour the blended mango mixture into the popsicle molds, filling each mold almost to the top.
- Freeze:
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
- Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- Serve:
- Once frozen solid, remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.
