Ingredients:
- 8 Mint Leaves
- ½ oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 3 oz Jans Lychee Juice
- 2 oz Lychee Jubes cut into smaller pieces
- 1 oz White Rum
- 2 to 3 oz Club Soda
- Ice Cubes
Instructions:
- Muddle Mint Leaves: In a cocktail shaker or glass, gently muddle the mint leaves to release their aroma and flavor.
- Prepare Mojito Base: Add lime juice and simple syrup to the muddled mint leaves.
- Add Lychee Juice and Jubes: Pour in Jans Lychee Juice and add Lychee Jubes to the shaker.
- Add White Rum: Pour in the white rum over the mixture.
- Shake or Stir: Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well until chilled. If using a glass, stir gently to mix the ingredients.
- Strain into Glass: Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Strain the shaken mixture into the glass.
- Top with Club Soda: Top off the drink with club soda, pouring gently to mix without disturbing the mint and jubes.
