Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup strawberry-flavored jubes or jelly candies, diced into small pieces
  • Granola or crushed nuts (optional, for layering and topping)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Strawberries:
    • In a bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with sugar (if using). Let them sit for about 10-15 minutes to macerate, releasing their juices.
  2. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:
    • In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt until smooth. If using plain yogurt, you can add a bit of vanilla extract or honey for extra flavor.
  3. Assemble the Parfaits:
    • Begin by layering the ingredients in serving glasses or jars. Start with a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom of each glass.
